These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Save My Seat application ("Service") operated by Lucky Dragon Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), Victoria, Australia. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Save My Seat lets you mark a physical seat at a venue as "held" and share that status with people you give the link to, in real time. It is a social coordination tool — it is not an official ticketing system, does not create any legal right to a seat, and does not replace official venue ticketing or entry requirements.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

A "hold" on Save My Seat is a social signal only. It does not reserve a physical seat with any venue, event organiser, or third party, and carries no legal weight. Always comply with venue rules and official ticketing requirements.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided as-is during a preview period and features may change without notice.
The Save My Seat name, logo, and application code are owned by Lucky Dragon Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including any loss arising from reliance on a seat hold status displayed in the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
